"Pleased with the product and reasonable cost"
I'm pleased with the product and the cost seems fair. The clothing had a bit of a musty smell, but I guess that's to be expected. Delivery was a bit pricey at ÂŁ9.50 for something so light.

"A bit let down, but still nice overall"
The coat is really nice, but it seems the pockets weren't checked before it was shipped. I found a used surgical mask and some lipstick in there.

"Great product, but the service needs work..."
I gotta say, the product I got was fantastic, but the customer service? Not so much. They take forever to get back to you, which is super frustrating when you're just trying to find out when your order's gonna ship. The item showed up, and I had no clue it was coming since the notification came after it was already here. They really need to improve their communication because it's a real letdown.

"Amazing Experience"
Amazing! I've shopped with worn a bunch of times and have always been pleased. There's always a friendly face ready to help with any inquiries, and their service is just top-notch compared to other places I've purchased from before. I also checked out their lovely store and would totally suggest it if you're in London. They've got loads of trendy items from the current season, and they even have labels on 'em!

"No Order or Response After Placing on Feb 26th"
I placed my order on February 26th, and the shipping info mentioned 48 hours. By March 4th, I reached out via their chat for an update since my order was still marked as processing. Now it's March 6th, and I haven't heard back or received my order, which is still stuck in processing.
